Convenient but not for non-families
This is a family with kids place.Very busy, many go unparented so it's a bit of a jungle downstairs. They only have one person working the desk even when very busy so you have to wait for service. The pool brings in tons of flies if you don't mind it. Disappointing service and lack of urgency from staff
We have not had the best experience so far during our stay. Upon check-in, we specifically requested daily housekeeping, but the front desk agent failed to set it up properly, resulting in our room not being cleaned at all on our first day. When we brought this to the staff's attention, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or care in resolving the issue. Average chain hotel. More suited to families who want a neat pool. Our room 332 was infested with tiny flying bugs. They were all over the shower curtain and in the shower and as I lay in bed on my phone with all lights out, two separate times, those bugs flew across the light of my screen. Gross.
