Fantastic location for the Orpheum, right across the road. Disability room was very spacious, just missing a microwave for convenience. The staff person at the front desk was incredible. The hotel management clearly had not staffed the property appropriately for a Friday night at 100% capacity. Good location in downtown. Poor cleaniness. Too much dust in room with old thick carpet. No option to change. Good shower. Really poor service breakfast. Hotel has a great location and our room was large, but breakfast and service is probably the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Staff is on their phones, not even looking up as you pass, and *everything* served at breakfast was wrapped in plastic.Hotel has a great location and our room was large, but breakfast and service is probably the worst I have experienced in a very long time. The room was okay, but the AC for the whole building is out and it was 88 degrees in my room!
