Staying here was great. The room was clean, the staff was amazing and the parking lot was big and easy to get into. I felt safe here too.

If you are attending a sporting event at the Gophers Banks stadium, this hotel is the most convenient. I short walk across the street. And the light rail station is just outside the motel property. The staff was very professional and cordial. We had left home at 01:00 flying to Minneapolis, arriving at 10:00 a.m. and were very tired. I asked Tia the desk clerk if we could leave baggage and go for a walk-through downtown, thinking we couldn't check in so early. She said, your room is ready just leave them there. She was so pleasant, and helpful. Now for the $300 cost of the room just for the football game, was outrageous considering the facility is run down, and decrepit, it is your typical inter-city hotel in the hood. The hotel needs to be tore down and a new Hilton should be built. Maybe ad 5 more stories. This location is excellent, but the hotel is at best a 2 star. Breakfast was nothing short of a snack in a small, crowded room. The coffee was good. The eating area was clean. I had reserved a two-queen room, we got a single bed that was full-size, not even a queen, I didn't try to change for fear of having to wait. Security was good, the street people couldn't enter the building. The parking lot was wide open, but I didn't hear or see anything. I have been in LA where arm guards let you through 12-foot-tall gates of barbed wire to park your car.

Keep away from this hotel! The worst experience ever!

The most terrible hotel! Old, smelly, dirty, disgusting and shabby! Room service 0! Cleaning the rooms only when you remind them about their duties! Breakfast the poorest! Nothing decent to eat. Staff rude and unhelpful. No cameras, no security. Toilet door not working. No proper sanitary or hygiene kit. The smell is all over the hotel, stinky and dirty. Not recommended for visit!

Great for what we needed but……..

Tia at the front desk was fantastic to us both when we made the reservation and during our stay. Cici was also very accommodating. The TV did not work initially but John fixed it. The breakfast was not up to par, no fresh fruit, no sugar free yogurt, no nuts or raisins for oatmeal. Location was great for sporting events, especially Gopher stadium
