    I would like to recognize Darshan at the Holiday Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. After experiencing two consecutive flight cancellations and significant travel disruption, we contacted the hotel simply to rest and regroup before our next scheduled flight that evening. Darshan handled the situation with calm efficiency, arranged prompt shuttle service, and provided a warm, welcoming experience during a very stressful time.When our subsequent flight was also canceled (third cancelled flight), we returned to the hotel and were once again treated with outstanding service. The restaurant staff, bartender, and shuttle driver all contributed to a positive and supportive experience. As a Hilton Honors member, I typically stay within that brand, but this experience led me to join IHG Rewards and consider this hotel and brand for future travel.     We stayed over the Valentine's weekend had a wonderful time. We met a volleyball group that was staying there. Kudos to the chef, Allen for the food.     Stayed here in December, elevator broke but was lucky enough to get a first floor room. Stayed again in February and guess what…. Elevator STILL broke. The room I booked (suite ) was on the 3rd floor. Got a downgraded room on the 1st floors. Didn’t change the price. Parking lot was overflowing, was told we could park in a business next door lot. Ordered a glass of wine to take to our room….     Check in was extraordinarily long, a family before took 20 minutes. The lobby had an extreme odor and when you ask the staff what it is, they say that can’t smell it. The ceiling was leaking in hallway, elevator out of service, wall paper in room pealing, TV didn’t work, and the heating system had extreme hot or air conditioning. I took a picture of the wall in our room that looked like decay. Rough night, odors were extremely strong.
