Location

This charming hotel is located in wonderful surroundings and offers views over Back Bay. It is about 1.5 km to Balboa Island, and some 30 km to Disneyland.

Guests have a choice of 403 rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. The pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its 3 pools and pleasantly heated water. There is also special swimming area just for little ones. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request.
