    Hotel was great. Clean, front door security was exceptional, recognized me coming back in at 1;30 in the morning and jumped up to make sure door was open before I got there.

    Terrible noise from the nightclub kept me awake

    Nightclub is so loud I couldn’t sleep even on a Wednesday night. Ear plugs couldn’t even help the base was so loud as to be felt in bed General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Dream Hollywood, by Hyatt, responded to this review We are truly sorry, FlyingOverWalls, that noise from the nightclub disrupted your night and made it so difficult to rest. No guest should have to put up with that level of disturbance, especially when even earplugs did not help. Our Guest Relations team will review your experience closely so we can address this issue. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

    One of the worst Hyatt hotels

    One of the worst Hyatt experiences I have experienced. I am a Hyatt globalist and if you want a hotel where you can’t rest and want to hear every thump of the music from the bar above and club downstairs then this is the hotel for you. I was told to put in the earplugs if I wanted to drown out the music and noise. Was not offered late checkout or breakfast as a globalist.Was told by front desk that I was unlucky because on that particular night I stayed 6/10 Wednesday there was some special party going on and usually Wednesday nights are quieter.Another negative was that after I requested my car from valet and checked out from front desk. I walked outside of the hotel to find the valet texting/playing on the phone. Was told they were short staffed and would take a while to get while to get my car. After 15-20 min was then told someone had parked in front of the Valet gate blocked in all the cars and would not be able to get to my car until that car left. The whole ordeal took over 40 min before I got my car and I missed the meeting I was supposed to have. Would definitely not recommend wasting money at this hotel.     This was our first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint! The room was clean, modern, and luxurious.
