We chose this property for it's location near Long Branch Beach and Asbury Park. WE were traveling with our friends who were never to the NJ shore. We planned time at the pool and the beach. The hotel advertises nice photos of a pool and patio. When we arrived there was a padlock on the pool. The cushions to the furniture were worn looking and some on the ground. Photos of both inside and outside by pool TOTALLY misleading!!!

The photos and hotel’s description of the amenities is totally misleading!! The pool is always closed and dirty if it’s open. The grounds by the pool does not have nice chairs w/ cushions and umbrellas everywhere! No umbrellas anywhere. The place smells of overly using disinfectants as soon as you enter. Soccer stay and it was fine

Stayed here for my daughter’s soccer tournament (it was one of the partner hotels, but was an hour drive away from the Somerset fields). Clean and comfortable room, with nicely appointed toiletries for the bathroom. A teammate needed the pullout couch and sheets were provided but no pillows. Safe and quiet area, walkable to pizza restaurant or a 5/6-min drive to shopping and fast casual food like… Stayed here for my daughter’s soccer tournament (it was one of the partner hotels, but was an hour drive away from the Somerset fields). On May 9, I checked into the hotel in person, providing my debit card and driver’s license at the front desk. I also informed the front desk agent (“Sky”) that my adult daughter, would be arriving separately and provided her name due to our different last names.
