Best RedRoof I have ever stayed at. Great bed ; good lighting and extremely clean. Friendly and helpful front desk. The price on-site was double the price online. The room was extremely noisy, as in train locomotives noisy. The heat/air unit was so noisy you could not talk in the room or listen to TV. The electrical outlet next to the bed, was not functional. It was damaged. The window didn’t open to vent fresh air. The tub/shower took awhile to figure out. Door to the shower is loo large for the space needed to step inside and close the door. Good visit good value. This is a good interstate stop visit. It's a little outdated but overcomes that with it being very clean. I would much rather have a very clean property rather than a newer property that is not kept clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Spotlessly clean, bathroom, bed floor coverings, lobby, breakfast area, well lite, well appointed. Found out our TV didnt work, and the front desk person took time to try to figure it out and help us. while unsuccessful, the point is that he was responsive and apologetic. there wasn't another room to transfer us to, it was a full house, but every effort was made to rectify the situation. In the morning plenty of well brewed coffee, fruit and other small offerings. We will be passing that way again and will absolutely stay there again.
