We signed up for Tru rewards and get free comped rooms on a regular basis! Not the most upscale or updated hotel but for free rooms and access to the river and casino its worth a visit. Never again!
Upon arriving, was met with a rude bellhop, then registration staff was just as bad if not worse, and their supervisor, Hillary was not any better. This a horrible outdated hotel. Staff couldn’t care less. Beds are horrible. Moved rooms twice at an attempt to get a comfortable bed. That was a joke. No refrigerator, unless you ask and pay 20 dollars per night. Not a high end stay but acceptable and priced well.
The covered parking is excellent. The price was great with no extra fees. The room was in need of renovation but otherwise clean and functional. Casino was clean but very Smokey. A good value. Warm Staff, Tired Property
I stayed at the Edgewater Resort and Casino for a concert, and since it was my first visit, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Unfortunately, after just one night, I don’t think I’d return. The property feels extremely dated, and my room looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades, with noticeable wear and tear throughout.
