The luxurious casino resort is centrally located on the Las Vegas strip. A diverse selection of shops is to be found in the hotel’s vicinity.

2795 rooms and 200 suites are located on 33 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles (for a fee), and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Active guests can enjoy golf. For sports enthusiasts who wish to work out indoors, a gym is available for a fee. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    PROS: Concierge and check-in folks were kind and polite. The location on the strip is great. Taxi/Lyft pick-ups are easy to access and locate. The Breeze Bar is fun and a chill place to hangout. They have some reasonably priced gambling for being on the strip.CONS: The rooms are VERY VERY VERY unkempt, unclean, and outdated. The pillows were flat as a pancake. The bedding was old (even graying at the bottom). The windows weren't washed so we could barely see the strip from our room. The bathroom was NOT cleaned at all. My husband had to ask them to clean it. Which they "sort of" did after his request. The desk in the room had old food/stains under the glass. The carpet was ripped/torn/stained. The sink in the bathroom dripped all night and was rusty. The closet light never turned off. You can hear through the walls very easily. The TV didn't work and was broken with light blotches on it. The AC was loud and not all of the USB outlets worked. And we were charged a $10 "upgrade" fee - FOR WHAT? There was duck tape holding down the rug at the main entrance and the place reeks of cigarettes when you walk in. My husband even saw one of the house keepers on her phone sitting on the floor in one of the rooms in our hallway - not cleaning. The haircare products are low quality. The shower curtain was stained, the shower curtain rings were rusty. We stayed at T.I. many years ago when it was TREASURE ISLAND, that's why we selected it again, back then it was charming, clean, and we loved the pirate theme (which is now gone...). One of the things that used to make Vegas great was being able to stay at 4-5 star themed hotels for affordable prices. That was not the case for this visit. Avoid staying at T.I.
