Janae was so accommodating for us and really helped us get the best room possible! She was so sweet and helpful; she really made our anniversary weekend unforgettable. When we go to vegas again we will definitely be staying at the Venetian again because of how wonderful of a experience Janae helped us get!

Everything about this place is nice except for the fact that you have to pay for parking and resort fees. This is the Venetian/Palazzo Resort, not Circus Circus. Resort fees are junk fees and everyone knows it. To advertise one price and add resort fees on top is a joke. I'm surprised a place of this caliber would resort to such BS. Same thing with paying for parking. This place is becoming the same low class resorts like all the other casinos in Vegas. I expected better from this place

Almost flawless first LV experience. Amazing property. Amazing rooms. Amazing restaurants. And amazing staff. We came to Las Vegas to see No Doubt at the Sphere. Selected Venetian since it was basically attached to the Sphere. Fantastic resort. Huge variety for food— From very upscale to food court burgers. We highly recommend the Brera Osteria and their pizzas—it is in the St. Mark’s Square of the shops. In addition to No Doubt, we saw the Wizard of Oz presentation at the Sphere. Everyone should go see a favorite band in concert at the Sphere. It is an experience you will never forget. The Wizard of Oz was great, but seeing a live band with a supercharged video display is simply amazing.Only downside was the cigarette smoke in the casino areas. Otherwise, a perfect resirt.

The hotel and stay were amazing! Only thing, I booked 2 queen beds in the room and even called after booking online to confirm, when I arrived they had me in a king room instead. Traveling with a business partner so 2 beds were a must, then got charged $45 extra each night for their mistake, felt weird.

Beautiful hotel but . . . .

I booked the Venetian so I could have easy access to the Sphere, however, I was told that the passageway was closed so I had to walk to the Sphere which took me about 20 minutes. I had asked for a wake up call at 3.30 am as I had an early flight out fromthe Harry Reid airport. I slept on the sofa next to the phone and at 4 am a security guard came into my room claiming that I had not answered my call. No knock just entered into my room! Never had this kind of experience before! Unacceptable!
