The hotel is conveniently located outside Nellis Air Force Base, near several businesses in the area, including Boeing, SAIC, Bechtel, Western States and Frehner Construction. Facility

The hotel has 29 single rooms and 58 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
