Essentially seemed to be run as an annex for the franchise hotel half a block away. Basic accommodations, clean and comfortable beds, easy to find. Good breakfast at sister property nearby. Pretty quiet (we were in 3 bedroom unit away from the street and upstairs). Aiken's Lodge has been remodeled recently. It is clean and quiet, with a big parking lot for trailers in the back. It's close to the main street restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The price is good. There are a few things that I did not like. The lighting in the room is minimal. I could not see into the clothes/luggage area at all so I had to keep my suitcase on the other queen bed… Aiken's Lodge has been remodeled recently. No pool on site didn’t get the room I reserved talk to someone from your company. They were supposed to call me back in the morning never called. I have stayed there about 10 years ago was much nicer.it is ran by best western said if you want to swim I would have to walk down the block. Not happy wasn’t happy about not getting a call back.
