Rena, went above and beyond to help us. And so did Chloe at check in. Our room was comfortable and clean. The parking lot was also clean and we felt safe.

Stayed 2 nights. I was disappointed. I didn't do my research due to this being picked for our family reunion. The first room smelled musky and went to wash our hands and the sink leaked a lot. I went to the front desk to tell them and they asked if I would keep it until maintenance came in the morning. I said no, thinking that would be a mess with my two kids by morning and not reasonable to ask without seeing it to see how much it was leaking. We got moved to another room with the same smell. I was determined to make due for the family group being there. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like someone kicked it in, it also didn't lock. There was mold in the bathroom where paint was trying to cover it up. Just not clean enough for me to be 3 star. The front desk staff was professional and nice. I ended up leaving 3 days early and they did give my money for those nights back.

I had an amazing time with my husband.The staff was very friendly , and helpful. The room was beautiful and the price for the room was such a great deal we couldn’t believe it. We will most definitely stay again whenever we are back in Jacksonville.

Nothing Spectacular But OK

Overall stay was OK. It was in a great location. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The room did smell a little musty/damp. There was a huge gap along the bottom half/side of door so we left the bathroom door open against it to cover that while we were in the room. I booked the room with points and was supposed to have a corner room. We did not get that and were even there early. It wasn't a big deal, just odd we didn't get what we booked and it wasn't mentioned at check in that it wasn't available/we wouldn't be getting it. It was super quiet which was nice, even with that huge gap along the side of the door. The hotel served it's purpose for a one-night stay. 50/50 if I would stay again.
