BIG Disappointment
Realizing that you are a captive market because of proximity to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NPs, it doesn't diminish how subpar this "lodge" is, especially considering that it was nearly $350 for one night. Very tired old building, dingy, dimly lit, squeaky floors, no elevator. Our room had one dim light between 2 beds, and 1 light by the room door, for a rather gloomy room. 1 Star Accommodation at 4 Star Price
Togwotee isn’t cheap, so we had higher expectations that a $80/nt. budget hotel. Unfortunately, it feel shorts very quickly. While the front desk worker was amazing when we checked in, the hallways didn’t seem clean. When we got to our room, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the tub drain was clogged with others’ hair. Awesome experience
I’ve been snowmobiling for years. I took my 16-year-old son and had a private guide Dawson Hatch. He was very patient showed my son and me the skills! We were backcountry on the second day. Our guide Scott was terrific. Definitely knows what he is doing Very knowledgeable of the terrain and area.
