Location

Featuring its own stables, the hotel offers a sublime setting high on a butte facing the Teton peaks; skiing is found at Snow King Resort (7 km) and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (20 km).

Facility

121 non-smoking rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests of the resort can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Other services include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Additional features include a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The heated swimming pool allows guests to enjoy a swim in any kind of weather. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and tennis are available. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally.     BEWARE: Safety Concern and Theft of over $500

    warning for those wanting to create memories with their family using their horseback riding stables. They took over $500 from us after offering us a reschedule that they couldn’t fulfill due to a horse on the trail that was “in training” and it kicked my 7 year old sons horse and created a chain reaction of horses shifting around. It affected my 7 year olds horse more as he was behind the lead and his horse jumped, which scared my son who was a first time rider. We hadn’t even made it 1 minute on the trail and they had to pause the ride and call for another horse to lead. The staff at the stables were very professional and understanding of the situation and offered us a reschedule. However when we dismounted and went inside to reschedule they didn’t have anything for 5 days out in which we would no longer be in Jackson. The management was zero help and even ignored our situation after I emailed. If you can’t afford this, don’t even take a chance on losing money and losing an experience. My husband is a first responder and that was the only experience we could afford for our kids. It was the worst business I have ever dealt with and I hope no other family has to deal with this company in a situation that doesn’t fit their standards. BE VERY AWARE!

    Ride through the mountains

    We did a 4 person private horseback ride with Adalyn our guide. Adalyn was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable about the area, wildlife and plant life. She was patient and very helpful when she needed to be. The horses were great and knew exactly what to do and where to go. It was a great experience. Would definitely do it again.

    Great stay at Spring Creek

    My partner and I stayed at Spring Creek Ranch for 5 nights. The room we stayed in had an amazing view of the Tetons. The room was cosy and the atmosphere was appropriate for a ranch style room. We felt the price for the 5 days was fairly priced as well, my partner used the gym a few times. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the time of year. In the reception area they provide a variety of teas, coffee, fruit and cookies - which I thought was a nice touch. I had great communication with Alejandra who helped booked a few activities during our stay. White water rafting, horse back riding and a massage at the spa. Had a great time doing all 3. I would mention if doing the horse back riding double check with your guide and confirm the time of your ride (1 hour or 2 hour) unfortunately I was booked onto a 2 hour ride and due to miscommunication our group only ended up doing an hour ride. They did immediately offer us another ride for an hour, but it meant doing the same loop again vs riding around another area. Which we did decline. The ride was still amazing and highly recommended doing it. Just advising! Overall wonderful stay and would definitely come back if visiting in Jackson!

    We went on a one-hour scenic trail ride. Our guide Savannah was GREAT! She told us about the area and directed us to points of interenst. Gorgeous setting.

    My Wife and I had a blast! The horses were well taken care of, and the views were exceptional! Thankful for our guide as well, definitely a great time!
