I usually elaborate my hotel reviews but we were only here for 12 hours (and we slept for 9 of them). Check in was very quick, as well as check out. Front staff were both friendly. Room was big and very clean. Coffee at breakfast was good. Did not eat breakfast. Arrived Christmas eve and checking out on Boxing day ( day after Christmas) due to overflow at family's home nearby.Check in was quick and easy, desk rep was friendly and welcoming. Was given my 2 comp waters and went to the room. Room was very clean, but heating unit was barely blowing warm air ( pretty cold in Central Valley NY this time of year) and did let front desk know of this issue in room… Arrived Christmas eve and checking out on Boxing day ( day after Christmas) due to overflow at family's home nearby.Check in was quick and easy, desk rep was friendly and welcoming.
