This hotel is located in the cosy town of Hilo, on the east side of Big Island, a tropical paradise filled with fragrant island flowers, pristine forests, and magnificent miles of orchid farms. Hawaii's Volcano National Park is 45 minutes' drive by car. Waikoloa is one hour's drive and it is 2 hours by car to Kailua-Kona.

Facility

140 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional facilities include a library. Terrific staff! All of them. Would def stay here again. The Hilo side of the island is far more laid back than the Kona side and there is just so much more of the "island" to experience in Hilo...

Do not stay here. The rooms look nothing like the photos - there may be some that are remodeled and look nice, but we were stuck in a room at the back of the hotel that was so dirty and run down...
