Great location but needs a lot of cosmetic work
I stayed here with my sister in unit 3101. It's a pretty spacious unit but definitely needs an update. The entire hotel could use a face-lift. Everything was dingy and old. The carpets, especially in the hallway was filthy and stained. Also, you can hear your neighbors easily. The staff were great and always friendly. Aloha but not Aloha
Excellent location, away from the busyness but close to the beautiful beaches, bus stop (excellent bus service to everywhere) , walkable to shops, the zoo and safe to walk around at night.
