Terrible hotel, avoid at all costs.

Terrible hotel, hidden fees, old rooms, dirty, loud, cost just as much if not more than an actual good hotel like the Hilton or Sheraton but much worse. 0 out of 10 stars, would not recommend to anyone. Location is close to the zoo and the beach but far from shopping and activities. Avoid at all costs. Dont ruin your family vacation by going there. Great location, great view, room could use updating

Location was great for us at the edge of Waikīkī. View was. Also stellar. Room was a bit cramped and furniture was pretty banged up. USB plug in the nightstand didn’t work.
