Location

This hotel enjoys an exceptionally wonderful location near Kapiʻolani Park, directly opposite Waikiki Beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Guests will enjoy the hotel’s location in one of Waikiki’s quieter areas whilst still being close to all the action.     As we are an older couple, we weren't interested in any high-end resort type hotel and Park Shore fit us just right. The hotel is right across from the beach, on a corner, and the view from our balcony was beautiful with the beach across from the hotel and a small park area on the side. It was fun to sit out on the balcony and watch the surfers, or just people watch. This hotel is older, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. A very slight odor in the room that is common in a lot of older hotels. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel location is easy walking for restaurants and shops. Our favorite thing about this hotel was the staff. We really appreciated the staff; everyone was friendly and helpful. This area of Waikiki is very high in tourists, so the beaches, and sidewalks are crowded and the noise level was high. Loud music from the beaches could be heard, mostly in the evenings, and there is a lot of traffic. Thankfully inside the room was quieter and we had no trouble sleeping. This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping, but every other day so hang your towels up.

    Yoga was an amazing experience on the beach, Paige was a great instructor! I went by myself and the group was very friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend!

    Great views from our balcony, nice (unheated) pool. The room was clean and staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. Great restaurant on site connected ABC store for purchase of snacks, drinks and microwavable fresh meals. Literally across the street from the beach.

    Amazing beach yoga experience. We are only here for a few days so we wish they had more classes/sessions available throughout the week.
