Friendly staff and beautiful location.The hotel entrance is on a quiet one-way street with multiple lanes for traffic making getting in and out a breeze. The beach is also only a 5 minute walk away! Although valet parking was limited at times, I never had an issue finding a paid parking within a 3 minute walking distance from the resort. Overall, we had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.The location is excellent. There is a pizza shop downstairs, an ABC Store right next door, and the beach is just a short walk away. It is also very close to a daily car rental center, which made picking up and returning our rental car extremely convenient.The only downsid… Overall, we had a great stay. Stayed here for 3 nights in May and truly enjoyed the stay. I did see some negative reviews here so decided to leave mine soon after check out. First of all, the location is great: amazingly close to the shore of Waikiki, all the great restaurants, as well as beaches. Secondly, the room: it was pretty spacious and very quiet, we did not hear any neighbors (only when they walked through the hallway… Stayed here for 3 nights in May and truly enjoyed the stay. Stayed two nights. Staff were all very kind. Hotel room itself was very clean. Lobby and common areas were very busy and crowded, but they were clean. Construction was going on which we knew about before booking and were fine with.
