Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 80 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

    Wow—what a pleasant surprise! Some people mention that the hotel, particularly the rooms, feels a little dated, and while the bathroom may be on the smaller side, the location is absolutely amazing and offers great value for money.The filtered fresh water was a lovely bonus, and the daily fresh popcorn from 5–7 pm was a fun touch. The coffee didn’t quite suit my taste, but I would still happily give the hotel a 10/10 overall.The gym is small but excellent, with a great range of high-quality equipment. I also appreciated the nice kitchenette and having a kettle in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay, Coconut Waikiki really is fabulous.There’s no breakfast provided, but that just gave us the chance to explore some of the many lovely places nearby (easily found on Google!).     Cheapest nice hotel in Waikiki

    Friendly staff. Super clean nice rooms with soft clean sheets, large TV, nice bathroom and a balcony. Small unimpressive pool. Coffe in the lobby is weak but it's there. Filtered water in lobby is a must. Parking costs $40 a day, valet only but I got away with parking on the street and despite not feeding the meter I never got a ticket nor saw any parking tickets being issued. There is ABC conveience store on the corner and a great food truck serving burgers and fries on the corner as well. Waikiki beach and all the shops are just 3 blocks away.     Enjoyed our stay at the Coconut.

    The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly..in fact all staff we encountered were awesome. The room was clean and comfortable but dated. Our room faced the canal which provided a beautiful view but it was loud at night. Restaurants, shopping and the beach were all within easy walking distance. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights in mid January.     For the money spent this was good value. The rooms are a little old fashion but clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels in good condition and white , there was plates , cups and cutlery in the room which came in handy. The pool was closed while we were there . The staff were excellent and very accommodating if you needed anything. Easy walk to most things.
