Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for the room interior and furniture. Everything looked tired and in the need of an upgrade. However, It was very clean. We go to O'ahu a lot (we live on a neighbor island) and Hotel Renew is a great Waikiki location, just one block from the beach. Valet parking was smooth and stress free. Great rooms with a casual, relaxing vibe. Location was top-notch as we could simply walk down the street and take a plunge in the ocean. The people working there were very welcoming, kind and helpful. I have to highlight how chill the team was. It made me feel at ease to see them everyday. Amenities were very neat as we did not have to get a lot of the stuff for the beach ourselves: chairs, towels, floaties, camera.
