Terrible experience . Staff was not welcoming,Terrible attitudes. Not a friendly place especially staying with kids. The rooms were not what we expected,Very dirty and had roaches crawling around. Absolutely terrible. Worst staff. Security didn't make it feel safe there at all. There's a video and witnesses of him cussing out a guest in front of the child. Also, he was yelling at his own staff. Very unprofessional and he was reported to the company he works for. The front desk doesn't care about guest either. Very rude. Terrible attitudes. We stayed at this hotel in April 2026. One disadvantage of the hotel is that it is a bit outdated. However, the room was very clean and spacious.
