This hotel is located just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park. Kamaole Shopping Centre is within walking distance and offers many shops and restaurants. Nearby guests will find golf at the Wailea, Makena and Silverwood courses. Windsurfing, surfing, snorkelling, whale-watching and other water activities are also all to be found in the vicinity.

Loved our stay here! First timers at Kamaole Sands

Quiet resort with beautifully landscaped grounds and partial ocean views towards Kamaole Beach Park III. Stayed in Bldg 5 which provides a beautiful view over the pool area and the other buildings. Highlight of our two week trip was getting up and listening to the symphony of birds each morning and enjoying sunset unfold from our lanai at night. Our family of 5 stayed in 3-404 rented via Rentals Maui for two weeks and 100% recommend. We can't wait to come back. It's an updated condo central to everything we wanted to do on Maui--very clean, well stocked and roomier than the photo's made it seem. 2 207 is a quiet unit at one end of the building so there's windows on two sides of the unit making it nice and light indoors. It was right beside the stairs going down to where our car was parked. We never heard any neighbours unless we were on our lanai. We did hear lots of roosters early in the morning so take earplugs if you want to sleep in. Great location. We have only stayed in building 1 and 10. Both locations were fantastic. We have stayed here 4 times and each visit was great. Kamoale beach park 3 is right across the street. We enjoy Kamaole Sands. The unit layout is great, as is the location. The grounds are the prettiest I’ve seen on Maui. Our unit could have used a little TLC, but we don’t stay here for fanciness.
