You can not go wrong staying at the Outrigger in Lihue. It is a great place for the value. The Outrigger staff understand hospitality. We had a great stay at Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort & Spa. We had a change in our trip a few weeks before our arrival due to Hurricane LaLa, and Reservations was able to accommodate our changes and we couldn't be happier! We had breakfast and dinner at Ocean House and we enjoyed the mix of local options and more classic offerings. The beachfront sunrise yoga was amazing!! We had a wonderful dining experience at Ocean House by Roy Yamaguchi. The Crispy Shrimp Sushi was a standout, with great flavor and texture, while the Pork-Shrimp-Crab Pillows were another favorite. Now I can play birthday song with my ukulele (hidden in a closet over the years) to wow people ?? mahalo!
