The suite was small but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well equipped with a hot plate, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, and even wine glasses. Great Wi-Fi, a working TV, full-size toiletries, plenty of towels, and free guest laundry were all great touches.The ceiling fan and trade winds kept me perfectly cool at night (even in mid August)! We just stayed a week here and couldn’t be happier. We lucked out and was able to upgrade our room the 2nd day. Grounds are immaculate. Also no bugs- anywhere! We’ve been to Hawaii at least 25 times- multiple islands and always see bugs. This was so great! Gloria was exceptional and went out of her way for us- thank you for everything!! One thing I would suggest is bc there isn’t air conditioning… We just stayed a week here and couldn’t be happier. We lucked out and was able to upgrade our room the 2nd day. Grounds are immaculate. Termite infestation and nothing they can change about it

It started with finding a massive amount of ants in the room around day 4, and then finding an entire termite infestation on day 5. We contacted the hotel staff about the issue and they couldn’t offer much beyond changing our sheets due to the termite landing on them. The amount flying around our room was uncomfortable to say the least, and rather disgusting to say more.
