  Great access to South Rim

  Cabins provided immediate access to the south rim trail and amazing views. Cute cabin with queen bed - not a luxury mattress but okay. Had issue with non-working baseboard heater which made first night uncomfortable due to below 30 temps.   Great Location- TERRIBLE Noise Reduction

  We loved the access to the trails, the option to eat steps away from our room, the ability to catch the shuttle at the doorstep, really friendly staff. What we didn't like was the inability to actually sleep as our room was next to the exit, and all doors needed to be slammed or you needed to aggressively turn the door handles to get them to function properly.   Incredible Location Right on the Canyon Edge

  We had a fantastic stay at Bright Angel Lodge. The check-in staff were amazing and kindly upgraded us as it was our wedding anniversary, which was such a lovely touch. There was even a card waiting for us on the bed when we arrived. The room itself was very nice, and the location couldn’t have been better – the canyon edge was just about 30 metres from our door.   We had a spacious Family Suite style Historic Cabin with 2 Queen beds, separate bedroom and living room, full private bathroom, just a few steps from the Rim Trail! It was more spacious than what we would need for 1 night, but was great for a multiple day stay! Everything was very clean and all service members were helpful and efficient.   There is very little sound insulation between the rooms in Bright Angel Lodge. The last night there was a drunk couple in the adjoining room. Loud talk, drinking and cussing. The rest of the guest were respectful and behaved appropriately. I went to the front desk 2 times and was told that if I came back a third time, they would call security.
