This had to have been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with BW and I am a diamond select member, so top tier, spend a lot of nights and money with the brand. This Best Western has the smallest room ever. The bed was lumpy, squeaky and very uncomfortable. The only nice thing about this hotel is the breakfast. They had fresh fruit and pancakes. One thing the hotel has no control over is there is a train that goes by every 20 to 25 minutes. Old school cool with modern amenities

We were taking a Best Western themed road trip and this didn't disappoint. This one has been thoughtfully updated without ruining the mid-century architecture and vibe. Our king suite was two rooms reconfigured to include a sleeper sofa in a "living room" with a second TV and full bath. Loved that they kept the vintage tile. We unfortunately couldn’t stay as we were planning because it sold out fast, but I do recommend this hotel because of the great customer service I received from her and I wasn’t even a guest!
