  This had to have been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with BW and I am a diamond select member, so top tier, spend a lot of nights and money with the brand. Given that I had booked with Priceline because it was significantly cheaper, the property didn't give me any acknowledgement when I mentioned I was a DS member, in fact the front desk staff were both super rude. This hotel might look nice on the outside, but the room I stayed in was run down, the shower title was broken and the shower head didn't line up, leaving a large hole, which is tacky. The linens were old and super thin and dingy, didn't look white, more greyish. It seems when hotels are not managed correctly, it shows. Another great example of unhappy staff is listening to the breakfast staff complain about management and how they never provide enough support. When I spoke to the women I asked them if this was the norm and you could tell by their look it was, how sad. Also, stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping, not even light. Sadly I will not stay at this property ever again, Flag has too many other great options all close by.   Small, Uncomfortable but BEST breakfast

  This Best Western has the smallest room ever. The bed was lumpy, squeaky and very uncomfortable. The only nice thing about this hotel is the breakfast. They had fresh fruit and pancakes. One thing the hotel has no control over is there is a train that goes by every 20 to 25 minutes.   No Frills very basic budget type stay. Don’t expect too much.

  The room was not very clean.The sheets were stained.The breakfast hours were not good.The hotel was noisy.   Old school cool with modern amenities

  We were taking a Best Western themed road trip and this didn't disappoint. This one has been thoughtfully updated without ruining the mid-century architecture and vibe. Our king suite was two rooms reconfigured to include a sleeper sofa in a "living room" with a second TV and full bath. Loved that they kept the vintage tile. How refreshing to go somewhere that recognizes the cool class of vintage eras.Free breakfast was included and was in a separate building that was probably a former restaurant. It was spacious and pleasant. There's also an indoor pool.

  Bekki is amazing!!!

  Bekki at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She was so polite and helpful from the very moment I entered the lobby to inquire about the family suite to stay for the night. We unfortunately couldn’t stay as we were planning because it sold out fast, but I do recommend this hotel because of the great customer service I received from her and I wasn’t even a guest! I hope to be back one day :) thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Bekki! <3
