  Very dated and maintenance has been neglected.

  Location is great, conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and staff was friendly. However, the room was seriously outdated and it’s evident that maintenance has been neglected. The kitchenette has a microwave and coffee pot that is not usable due to the outlets being the old 2-prong style (see pic).   I should have paid attention to the reviews on here, but because I got a good deal I figured I’d chance it - that was a mistake. This stay was problematic from the start.   It was a horrific stay They gave us a room that was Old the door was dragging and hard to close, There was a "Large tub" that took up half of room it was dingy and stained, the mirror had nasty streaks in several places where mirror has flaked off, and the bath tub/shower was nasty, and carpet had big stai s and sounded crunchy.
