Nice hotel in a very convenient spot

Spent 1 night here recently before my departure to Yosemite National Park the following morning. The hotel is a great spot 2 blocks down from the Amtrak and Greyhound stations! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The night front desk woman was rude and not helpful. The heat, T.V. and phone did not work. It was cold around 40degrees and cold all night.
