Stayed at plenty of these Holiday Inn Express hotels, Usually with very positive experiences . Wish I could say that for this one, major disappointment, hotel is really run down, and has strong odor of wet dog, mold. We chose to decline house keeping in return for 500 Holiday Inn points. When It came to exchanging towels , house keeping was not helpful at all. We had to make a request at the front desk, which later said that at the moment they are out , and would have some late that day. Only positive vibe was when we checked in the girl at the front desk was very nice. Kind of feel bad for her to be honest with you . Best to look elsewhere until this Holiday Inn gets it together. Run. The absolute worst hotel.

This hotel is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is The second you walk into this hotel you are greeted with a horrible musty, moldy smell. We tried a room on the fourth and second floors, both had an overwhelmingly bad musty smell and a lot of humidity in the room. We couldn't stop coughing from the mold. The fixtures are peeling and in bad condition. There was hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours. We ended up checking out early and moving down the street to a clean and healthy hotel (Homewood suites). I will say the staff were apologetic and very friendly. They must deal with complaints and early check outs all the time. Location was convenient and there were a few restaurants in walking distance. A great stay at the Holiday Inn. Hats off to Natalia!

This Holiday Inn, like many others, is very accommodating—especially with Natalia leading the charge at the front desk! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, truly the face of this hotel and a dedicated, fabulous employee.The location is excellent, with several nice restaurants nearby. Aqua Restaurant is within walking distance, and there’s a shopping center directly across the street (Publix, Kohl’s). Just be cautious crossing—there are many lanes of traffic, even with pedestrian lights.The complimentary breakfast is generous and well prepared, with eggs, sausage, bagels, mini muffins, cereal, yogurt, and pastries. And the coffee is hands-down the best 💯 I’ve ever had—seriously!While the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the common areas are well maintained. Overall, a great stay made even better by outstanding service.

It’s a HIE as expected. Rooms are clean but kind of dark. Smells weren’t fresh. Personnel was friendly. Rewards member can earn 500 points extra for a so called “green stay”, when one doesn’t request room cleaning. The breakfast was unspectacular. There is a coffee automat, but offers only regular American coffee or decaf. Better go to a local joint 1.5 miles up the road. Not sure if I’d stay there again?
