The location was easy to navigate to, and easy to walk down the road for shopping. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and everything was comfortable. For the amount I paid, my expectations were far exceeded. Will absolutely be back for our next trip. We paid for a 3pm late checkout when we checked in. The front desk was polite and said they would let housekeeping know. The next day, housekeeping tries to enter the room at 11am (the door lock was broken, thankfully we had the slide lock on). I called down to the front desk. She knew nothing about it and was very bitchy and not apologetic in the LEAST. Very comfortable and clean. Least expensive room is small by chain standards, but not to make it uncomfortable. Indoor FREE parking is a BIG PLUS HERE, especially this close to the airport (FLL). THEY also have a parking company relationship for deeply discounted parking rates at half or less of what it costs to park at the airport if you need to leave and then return. They have a staffed snack and fast foods bar with tables as well for breakfast, lunch and early evening, that sells all sorts of beverages as well. This location, besides being 6 minutes from FLL Terminals, is a block away from the Fish Grill, a local popular seafood restaurant, and a few blocks from a half dozen other good ethnic restaurants. It's a short 5 minutes drive to Dania Point shopping mall and Movie Complex, with all its national chain retail and restaurants' chains. Staff is very accommodating as well. It lives up to the intent of a Wyndham Garden property, delivering a high standard of short term stays near an airport in a modern setting, comfortable surroundings, safe and accommodating manner. I was very pleased with our room. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The manager was super nice. We checked in early (for a fee) after getting off our cruise in Miami. Our room was very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was good and it was a plus that their shampoo, conditioner and body wash was Beekman 1802! I had several issues that took place this weekend ofMay 29th -May 31st I have stay at this hotel several times before and never had any issues until this weekendMrs. Marilu from house keeping Mrs. Samantina from the front desk Mrs. Asandre from the front deskI have to give those ladies a 10 star not 5 because they try their durnists to make sure they correct every last problem that was going on that weekend I'm only giving them a five star Only because they went above and beyond out of their way to try to correct the problem Some wasn't resolved, yet.I work in customer service and I know how I reviews areI can truly tell you other than this weekend. I have never had a bad experience.
