Guests have a choice of 178 rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Our sixth time visiting and as always had a wonderful visit. Always recommend to our family and friends. Of note, Eugene was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely warm and welcoming. Plunge was such a good find!! Quaint, comfortable but had every aminity we could think of. The hotel staff was friendly and Jasmine was welcoming and attentive when we came in late at night and was helpful with anything we needed.
