Over charged parkingOver charged food and drinks I didn’t have hot water for 3 days and when they said I would be compensated nothing happened. They charged the wrong credit card and after my company and I both called to request they fix there mistake. They did nothing leaving me to deal with the bank. Nice hotel in Ft Lauderdale

We had a wonderful experience from check-in, our beautiful room, food, shuttle service to the airport. Thank you Marquise for going the extra mile. Appreciate Steve’s customer service at the bar and (only female) shuttle driver for such a great attitude so early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel. From a receptionist who didn’t know the breakfast times (or how to even find them out for me) to a hot room despite the very noisy aircon unit - which WILL keep you awake!) and no hot water for a shower (which incidentally is a very poor and very bizarre shower control) I can only suggest you avoid this hotel.
