    It's a wonderful hotel. The people are extremely friendly and I love how clean it is. The amenities are impeccable and the staff go above and beyond.

    Unfriendly person at front desk. Arrogant,incosiderate. Take it or leave it attitude. Gave me a wrong quote for parking even after i made him aware of the adverdised cost on theier own website...

    We stayed here the night before a cruise leaving from Port Everglades. It was a short distance to port, and also from the airport, which was a good thing, because we couldn't get anyone to answer...

    Very dirty carpet and and sticky wood floor. Left 2 days earlier and give them 48 hours notice and refused to give me credit through Travelocity.
