The resort was lovely. The front desk employee Ayru(spelling) and valet Rafael were absolutely incredible. They made our stay, we actually looked forward to seeing them all day long. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and made to feel special!! We would go back just because of them!! The coffee shop is great as well! The resort was lovely. So my husband and I went to Bahia Mar for our 30th wedding anniversary. Based on reviews, seemed like a great place to go. Well, we stayed in room 1604, top of the hotel. 2 room suite. Nice room except that the toilet wouldn't flush most of the time!!! Maintenance was called and gentleman who came up said had something to do with air flow. Told us should be good. Nope!!!! We had to go to the lobby… So my husband and I went to Bahia Mar for our 30th wedding anniversary. Based on reviews, seemed like a great place to go.
