Great location, ok rooms, breakfast to be desire. Shame for a Hilton.
Great location, ok rooms, evening front desk staff nice. We will definitely need to re-evaluate the level of cleaning and maintenance because it is starting to show, especially in the bathroom and tub area. I couldn't give more stars, I was generous with 3 stars, but one bad apple could ruin a great vacation, and breakfast was that apple, and unfortunately, it looks like it's a little bit of staff… Great location, ok rooms, evening front desk staff nice. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE
I am a Hilton Honors member and had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights at this hotel. In total, we had 5 rooms ( plus 2 rooms booked by my Nephews) booked and all of us were in Woodbridge for my sister's funeral. The request was for Monday check out at 2:00 PM.
