Great Stay Souther most
The location for us was perfect. We were in Duval Gardens which is a separate guest location a few blocks up Duval from the main resort. Although we may have used the resort amenities more then we did we were closer to all that Duval has to offer. As for the stay very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views but extremely disappointing customer service
I really wanted to give this property a higher rating because the views and overall experience once I arrived were very nice. Unfortunately, the customer service leading up to and during my stay made that difficult.I had a family emergency and spent several days trying to contact someone to cancel my reservation. Superior reservations experience
After having a large change to my cancer treatment plan, the Southernmost Beach Resort was extremely kind in helping me make changes to my reservation. We booked this trip several months ago for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were so excited to stay here based on the nice amenities including the 3 pools and the private beach. Do not stay at Southernmost Beach Resort
We picked Southernmost due to the beach they had and spent more because of it. When we arrived, the beach was covered with what appeared to be mud and the smell was horrible. We were told by other couples that the other nearest beach was the same way.
