  My stay at Ridley House was excellent! The location was superb; close to Duval Street, but not so close that street noice was an issue.   Quick trip to use up airline vouchers and really glad we went!

  Disappointing Service and Poor Attention to Detail for a Premium Hotel

  Very disappointing stay for a hotel at this price point. Staff were borderline rude, rarely greeted guests, and even cut in front of us on multiple occasions. Charges were never explained at check-in or check-out, and we were only surprised with a bill after leaving. We were also incorrectly charged for a service dog.Cleanliness was lacking.   A very big disappointment at a very big price

  This was a big splurge for us spending over $600 a night for a ground floor room on my husband's decade birthday.. Nobody helped us with our luggage from the car to our room. Our room was tiny with some hooks on the wall to hang things- no closet, no drawers- my husband put his suitcase on a waste basket.
