This was my family's second stay at Parrot Key and we already have a third trip booked for the winter. Being very hot and humid for this stay, we enjoyed the four pools and plenty of shade on the property. The 2-bed, 2-floor partial water view suite overlooking the salt channel is our favorite room with great views from the balcony and plenty of space. Horrible staff

Staff is very bad here. I was charged $30 in error from the mini bar. Hotel admits it was a mistake but will not refund. I’ve been calling for 6 weeks and no refund happens and no one will call me back. Be sure to review your room charges very carefully before checkout if you decide to stay here. Once you leave and they have your money, they don’t care. Parrot Key Hotel Team, Guest Services / F… Staff is very bad here. I was charged $30 in error from the mini bar.
