Took over 45 minutes to check in, had to park far from room and after long walk with heavy bags, room key didn’t work. When I returned to my room at 2:00 am, hot, tired, and perspiring, the water in my shower quickly filled to 6” above my ankles. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. As a pet-friendly hotel, it offers a great area for dogs, which we really appreciated. Have stayed at this site several times. Each time it gets better each time. Rooms are clean and serviceable. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Extremely accommodating. Javain, the evening poolside Tiki Bar bartender was wonderful. He served up kindness with our food and drinks. The free shuttle to town is a nice feature for the price conscious.
