Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly, with the exception of the shuttle drivers and Olga, the concierge. The bartenders were the worst, mediocre drinks and zero hospitality. The food was cold and overpriced. The pool was nice but the waterfall was broken, which was disappointing. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Disappointed with hotel. Just average for me. Definitely did not look as nice as pics show. 1. Charges were so confusing with different rates and some including resort charges and some not. Not one could give me a straight answer of what each rate is included. Cost was originally quoted as $800 ish for my stay, email confirmation said $1050.
