Spacious, quiet rooms away from the crowds and near the airport
We stayed at Hampton Inn for 3 nights. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, shuttles were available often, and breakfast is provided. Pool area was large with a bar, and as a guest, you get a complimentary drink. They also provided plenty of free bottles of water. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Not the best Hilton experience.
The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. The porch view of the ocean was nice, provided there was not a lot of traffic, since the view was across a roadway. The pool was enjoyable and the Tiki bar was nice to get a soda or drink while at the pool or just wanting to relax. Room refresh services were not performed as described at check-in. Terrible place, stay away! Pictures so deceiving, no beach there, just a busy street between a front building of the hotel and the ocean.So unprofessional, front desk people rude and unhelpful. They didn't recognize my Hilton status, gave us 2 rooms most far away, closest to the airport runway, at the end of the last building, with a motel like entry from the outside. Hampton Inn with style. Only one that they continually provides complimentary bottled water to all guests, all the time. Also self serve ice water at the tiki bar.
