This family-friendly hotel lies on the outskirts of Key West’s old town, just a few minutes walk from the nearest beaches, a selection of restaurants, shops and other local attractions.

Units include 133 rooms and 14 suites located in a 2-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. I previously stayed here about 8 years ago. the hotel was fairly new and had great stay. Most recent trip showed the hotel has been aggressively used. Our room was worn and reeked of smoke. It appears like long term residents are staying in rooms on parking lot side of hotel. Pool is ok but not heated. And yes in March it still needed heat. Wouldn't stay again anytime soon. This is a top notch hotel. The value far exceeds the price, and Key West can be a pricey stay. They have a great shuttle service to and from the main tourist area.
