Located on the quieter side of Key West, the tropical-style resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to the beach, 1.5 km away, as well as to Duval Street, the airport and the golf course.

The resort welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 216 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. I simply had a glorious summer day with my friends at this resort. It was only for one night, so the highlight was our morning, which started with a delicious breakfast where David was incredibly friendly and welcoming. nice enough hotel and cheaper than other options but not walk distance to Old town

I stayed here on my trip to Key West because it was cheaper than staying closer to the main Old Town area. It's not quite as convenient as Old Town hotels, but it was nice that the hotel offered a free shuttle to this area as well as the beach.The hotel itself was nice enough and had a nice outdoor pool area, but I would probably prefer to stay in the Old Town area next time to be in walking dista… I stayed here on my trip to Key West because it was cheaper than staying closer to the main Old Town area. Just checked out April 14, 2026. I dont normally do reviews or file complaints, but in this case was compelled too. If you’re looking for a hotel where you want to feel not welcomed and treated with disrespect from the front desk, be put into a room next to barking dogs then look no further this is your place.
