Excellent service!!
Our 2 children could not stop playing with the stuffed animals at the front desk while we were checking in. We met William who was very nice, and to our surprise there were two stuffed animals in our room with a wonderful card written by him upon arriving. Great stay and great attention by the staff!! This was our first time staying at the bayside villas and first time in the keys. Great experience! The villas are a great option for families who want a little more space, but be together, and also have access to the main resort amenities. A pretty good price point for 4 people. Stayed at the villas for 4 nights and had a blast! Rooms are pet friendly and spacious. Perfect spot for us and our two dogs. You get access to the main resort which is recently renovated and super nice! William assisted us with checking out and brought all of our luggage to the car.
