This place is a dump! Overcharges. Breakfast is average. Bed was comfortable . We had a mobility room with a roll in shower. Shower handle was falling off and floor gets flooded because of the shower curtain. Mobility handles were falling off the wall. Not moderized at all. The breakfast is not free, because they charged $10.00 per day as a facility fee and I was told it covered parking & breakfast. This place is overrated and I would not give them another dime. The A/C vents were filthy as was the bathroom vents. They also overcharged my credit card by $50.00.

Friendly atmosphere and comfortable stay at the Circle Hotel in Fairfield Ct.

I just had a 2 week stay at the Circle Fairfield Hotel in Fairfield Ct and would like to give Samantha at the front desk a 5 Star review. She was so kind and helpful during my entire stay. So friendly, there for me whenever I needed anything. She is amazing and I’m So thankful to her and the rest of the awesome staff at the Circle Hotel.

Poor Customer Service Experience

Booked one night at the hotel. A storm is now coming up the coast. We were waiting until the day prior to make our decision. Decided it isn’t worth the risk, so called to cancel. Was told I wouldstill be charged due to being within 48 hours. I’m sorry…to not allow to cancel due to severe weather is the sign of a poorly run hotel.Will never stay there!

As always, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, and it feels very safe. This is the third Christmas at the hotel. It would get an excellent review except for three-years running internet service has been too spotty to get television, (once no service at all and twice periods with and without connection). Sometimes television would be nice late at night, and to entertain a family member who is almost 90. I haven't experienced it during summer stays, so I'm not sure why there's a Christmas time problem. But on the stay itself, the Circle does not disappoint.

Price gouging at its best

I am rating this hotel poorly for consistent, absurd price gouging for the dates of the local college parents weekends. A regular night before and after that weekend is under $200 but for parents weekend it’s over $700 PER NIGHT. This is how they treat the college student family’s that help contribute so much money to the local community.
