Booked early and reservation was canceled by resort with no notification until arrival!!

We booked a condo back in February 2026, for August 31st- September 2nd, paid for inadvance, and it was a confirmed reservation. We arrived there on the early afternoon of August 31st only to find that the reservation was canceled!! No notification of this whatsoever, and no care from the person at the resort!! In fact he recommended the YMCA to us or go back home!! Was put in building 14. Sucked! Laundry not in room. Place tiny. Only a love seat to sit on. Had to go into bathroom and stand by the sink to close the door. Big step to get up to the shower very slippery to get out. Toilet was on a step and was loose. Definitely would not recommend. As a diamond elate owner was not pleased.Was put in building 14. Sucked! We booked a two bedroom for a visit including my 87 year old mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. The location was great with a river view from our front door and nearby access to the hot tub (which we didn't use). An excellent Time share near Rocky Mountain National Park

This Time share is excellent. It is well kept up with wifi, washer/dryers, full kitchens, comfortable beds, and outside swimming pool and hot tubs. The rooms are quiet, and the beds comfortable. The location is very convenient in the town of Estes Park near restaurants, grocery store, and 4 minutes drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.
